This is one legislation taxpayers would find useless. Technology is its own beast. It will evolve into unimaginable and beneficial ways. The harder the problem, the more enthusiastic the counter-movement.

If I'm not mistaken, there is no "Net Neutrality" law in place today. Don't add unnecessary legislation. Free market forces can handle this one.
